PECOS- County residents will be deciding on a 17.1 million dollar bond on November 4th. When NewsWest 9 first reported this in July County Commissioners did not have the details, but now there are three propositions.
The first proposition is 12.4 million dollars for a new sports complex, golf course improvements, the building of a north and south side parks, among other facilities.
The second proposition will be 4.4 million dollars for a new county library.
And lastly voters will decide if 500 thousand dollars will be used for improving buildings used for the 4-H program which is where kids learn how to work with animals.
