MIDLAND - Some trucks and 4-wheelers took advantage of the recent rains to go muddin' in Midland.
The problem, they tore up some expensive State landscaping, and you'll have to pick up the tab.
Now it has to be repaired, you the taxpayer will have to help pay for it.
Contractors will now have to go back and fix the mess.
The berm creates a buffer between the Greentree Subdivision and the new roadway.
It was part of a deal struck with the State to build the road.
If caught, the mudders could face charges of damaging public property and hefty fines.
