New details on the shooting death of a Fort Stockton man.
The suspect allegedly involved in the shooting will be extradicted to Ft. Stockton to face a murder charge.
David Michael Myers remains behind behind bars in Midland.
Myers is accused of shooting 25-year-old Drew Slater to death on Friday.
Police tell us he fled in Slater's truck.
Meyers was caught in Tall City in that truck.
