GREENWOOD/ANDREWS - Voters in the Andrews and Greenwood School Districts got to weign-in with a tax rollback election.
On Saturday, most voters in the Andrews School District are in favor of a two cent increase.
The vote shows an overwhelming majority in favor, 89% for 11% against.
This is also similar to early voting in Andrews which showed a majority for the tax increase.
School officals tell NewsWest Nine this money can't be touched by Austin, and will help the district deal with rising costs.
Meanwhile, the vote in Greenwood was much tighter, but they also passed the tax rollback.
59% of the voters voted for the rollback and 41% were against.
