ARLINGTON - One of Texas' ten most wanted is no longer on the run and will soon be brought back to Midland.

U.S. Marshals captured Midland native Dusty Gus Hernandez at a house in Arlington, Texas on Wednesday night.

The arrest ends a manhunt which began in March when Hernandez fled midland after being charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.

While he was on the run, authorities added 18 counts of child pornography to the charges against Hernandez.

Hernandez has been moved to the Tarrant County Jail pending extradition to Midland County.
