MIDLAND - A fight between a Midland Electrical Company and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is getting even bigger.
This week, the E.E.O.C. filed a lawsuit against Midland's "Total Electrical Service and Supply Company".
The commission says 3 of their employees were discriminated against because they were white.
They add the men worked in a hostile environment and were left with no choice to quit their jobs.
The lawsuit comes after failed attempts to reach a settlement.
