PRESIDIO - Things are starting to get back to normal in Presidio, but city officials are still watching the weather in Mexico.

County Attorney Rod Ponton says the rio grande and area levees are still saturated but starting to go down.

Residents are back home after officials lifted a mandatory evacuation in place for almost two weeks.

Now, the main worry is when the International Bridge is going to open.

That's been closed for almost two weeks and Ponton says local businesses report 59% revenue losses since it closed.
