HOWARD COUNTY - There may be an end in sight to the legal battle between the ALON refinery and Howard County.

Both sides met Thursday morning to try and work out a deal.

Right now, the Howard County Appraisal District can't tell us any figures.

A follow up meeting is scheduled for next week and both hope to have a deal by then.

ALON filed suit claiming the County overvalued the refinery.
