MIDLAND - Every little bit helps.

That's the word from directors at the West Texas Food Bank on Wednesday.

They say you still have some time to help out victims of both Hurricane Ike and the Presidio floods.

NewsWest 9 teamed up with the Food Bank and collected non-perishable food items all day on Wednesday.

That also includes other cleaning items and toiletries to help victims returning to their homes.

Members of the Food Bank tell NewsWest 9 they work with the State Food Bank to get all of the donated items where they need to go.

If you didn't get the chance to give any food or items on Wednesday, you can drop off donations until the end of the week.
