MIDLAND - Officials at M.I.S.D. say the "Recovery Walk" is a total success. They are getting many calls from drop out students who want to go back.
This past weekend, district officials went door to door talking to students who have dropped out of school.
A group of volunteers went to each house offering help and giving words of encouragement.
Since then, the District has gotten many calls from not only students in the district who want to go back but from other school districts too.
School officials say they will be repeating the recovery walk.
