CARLSBAD, N.M. (AP) - A Carlsbad teenager missing since December has been found in Arizona living with a 37-year-old man who had worked at her school and who kept in touch with her via the Internet.

Carlsbad Police Captain Kevin Florez says the girl was a 13-year-old middle school student when she was reported missing in early December 2007.

Frank Lerma Gamez of Mesa, Arizona, was arrested (early Wednesday) by Mesa Police Department officers. He was charged with criminal sexual misconduct with a minor, false imprisonment and other charges.

The now 14-year-old victim reportedly told investigators she was six months pregnant with Gamez's child.

The girl also told investigators that when she wanted to return home, Gamez held her against her will.
