HOWARD COUNTY - A young man accused in a teen's death remains behind bars.
No bond has been set for 18-year-old Jeffery Ray Pierson, and no other arrests have been made.
Deputies say he's responsible for killing 17-year-old Michael Robert Creel.
Pierson is charged with intoxication manslaughter.
A city workerd discovered creel's body on the side of the road just before one Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators say Creel was a passenger in Pierson's truck and was ejected.
They tell us Pierson was driving under the influence when it happened.
2 other teens are being questioned in the case..
Creel's body has been sent to Lubbock for an autopsy.
