MIDLAND COUNTY - State troopers in Midland County also worked a deadly car accident along I-20 this weekend.
Authorities say it happened around 2 a.m. Saturday morning at Milemarker 149.
31-year-old Abraham Martinez-Razo was driving eastbound right behind a freightliner towing a trailer.
He failed to control speed and hit the left rear of the trailer.
Martinez ended up veering across the median and drive through a barbed wire fence before eventually coming to a stop.
Troopers say Martinez was pronounced dead at 2:30 Saturday morning.
