Doctor David Allen Returns to Court to Discuss Terms of His Release

Doctor David Allen also back in federal court on Friday morning for a hearing concerning the terms of his release.

One of those terms is that he have a job.

Allen was arrested back in may on charges of trafficking child pornography over the Internet.

He was released under strict guidelines of the court that first of all he receive treatment for sex addiction.

He must also be employed full time, but right now Allen doesn't have a job.

We're told the judge gave Allen until next week to get to work or he could go back to jail.

Allen was a theater instructor at Midland College when he arrested.

The College placed him on unpaid leave while he deals with his legal issues.

He could go to trial this fall.
