BIG SPRING - Seven months after part of the Alon Refinery in Big Spring exploded, Alon USA Energy says the refinery will be at full capacity by the end of this month.
Alon President and Chief Executive Jeff Morris had said the repairs should be complete by the end of July, but on Wednesday he said it would be the end of August once work on a key gasoline-making unit is done.
