Construction on Hazardous Waste Plant in Andrews Will Cost 80 Million Dollars

ANDREWS COUNTY - 80 million dollars over three years.

That's how much money will be going into more construction at the Hazardous Waste Disposal Plant in Andrews County run by Waste Control Specialists.

That cash will go towards building new permanent disposal facilities, a railroad loop, and low level radioactive waste landfill.

The work will be done by a company called URS.

No word on when the construction will begin.
