Eldorado Child Custody Case Continues in 234 Different Cases

The Eldorado child custody controversy continues, but it has now been divided into 234 different cases.

Texas District Judge Barbara Walther split up the cases by mothers which added 119 new cases to the 115 that were already open.

Five men from the polygamist sect were indicted on Tuesday in Eldorado, including leader Warren Jeffs.

A sixth member was also indicted for failing to report child abuse.

Child protective services continues to investigate the allegations against the FLDS group, even though the children have already been returned to their parents.
