A Stanton man and his wife admit to hiring out workers they hired from Mexico to other businesses.
The problem, it's Visa fraud, and on Friday they plead guilty.
David Wayne Decker and Nancy Decker got permission from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to bring workers in from Mexico.
But the couple agreed that these laborers could only work for their landscaping business or on their golf course.
Officials say other businesses here in the Basin paid the couple to hire the workers.
This means that more than 100 Visas that were issued over are in violation of the agreement.
Decker faces five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
His wife will get three years probation.
