ODESSA - The man deputies were looking for when they found a meth lab in West Odessa is still behind bars.
48-year-old Ralph Harlan Wiant was wanted for violating his probation.
Deputies found and arrested him on Tuesday.
They tell us Wiant is a transient.
They went searching for him Monday at a home on Navajo.
When deputies arrived at the home, deputies discovered what was left of a meth lab inside the house.
HAZMAT and fire crews were called in to clean up the chemicals.
So far, no one has been arrested in connection with the meth.
Unfortunately for another man, he just happened to be at the house when deputies arrived.
51-year-old Richard Lynn Whitfield was arrested after deputies discovered he had a warrant out for drug possession.
