MIDLAND - Two gas pumps red flagged by the State for short changing customers, are back up and running.
We first told you about the pumps Sunday night in our NewsWest Nine Consumer Watch.
On Monday, the owner of the Premier Parking Company says they had the pumps fixed by a licensed contractor, as soon as they failed the test.
The State allows a difference of about 6 tablespoons, but the pumps at premier were shortchanging customers by double that amount.
Premier Management tells NewsWest Nine, the problem is fixed, and has been since the State flagged their pumps.
The Texas Department of Agriculture checks pumps every four years.
