Big Spring Police finally have their man.

He's been on the run for more than 2 months after being wanted for questioning in a deadly drive-by shooting that killed 3, including a pregnant woman and her unborn child.

U.S. Marshals caught up with 18-year-old James "Blitz" Cole in Levelland over the weekend.

Right now, he's charged with deadly conduct and shooting off a gun in a different drive-by.

Police say Cole is also a person of interest in the May shooting that killed 20-year-old Valerie Garcia, her unborn child, and 21-year-old Michael Cardona.

That shooting, at 16th and Donnely, hurt six others, including a toddler.

Cole is in jail on a $50,000 bond.
