MIDLAND - Bond is set for the woman accused of causing a fatal wreck on Loop 250.

A bond is set at $50,000 for 17-year-old Kaily Rosales.

She remains in stable condition at Midland Memorial Hospital where she is in police custody.

Officers have charged Rosales with intoxication manslaughter in the deadly wreck.

This is all after officers are learning more about Monday's crash on Loop 250.

A driver in a burnt orange Jeep who Midland Police wanted to question about the fatal wreck has come forward.

Investigators think that person has key information on Monday's crash that killed 53-year-old Patricia Hochman.

Police say the SUV Rosales was driving, crossed the median, and slammed into the driver's side of Hochman's car.

Rosales' 16 year old passenger was treated and released.

Investigators believe she was impaired at the time of the crash.
