Police Searching for Witnesses Who May Have Seen Fatal Accident

MIDLAND - Investigators are looking for witnesses in this past Monday's fatal collision that killed a Midland woman on Loop 250.  

Police are looking for whoever was riding in a burnt orange Jeep Wrangler Tubicon.  

Investigators think they may have key information about Monday's deadly wreck.  

So if you were the driver or a passenger in that jeep, investigators need to talk to you.  

Anyone with information about the jeep is asked to call Midland Police at 685-7969.

So far, Midland Police have charged 17-year-old Kailey Rosales with intoxication manslaughter in connection with the violent crash that killed 53-year-old Patricia Hochman.  

Rosales and her passenger, a minor, were both injured after the SUV Rosales was driving crossed the median and slammed into the driver's side of the car driven by Hochman.  

Rosales is still in the hospital in stable condition.  

Her passenger was treated and released.  

Investigators believe Rosales was intoxicated at the time of the crash.

They are waiting on toxicology results to find out how impaired she allegedly was when she got behind the wheel.
