EUNICE, NEW MEXICO - It will be up to voters in Eunice, New Mexico whether beer and wine will be sold in their city.
City Commissioners have called for an election on August 5th.
Voters will decide whether or not to let restaurants serve alcohol.
City leaders say if it passes, they hope to attract more restaurants to town, but there's a catch.
Restaurants will have to prove the majority of their sales come from food in order to sell alcohol.
