LOVINGTON, N.M. - Students in Lovington Junior High and High Schools will be dealing with some changes when school starts back up in the fall.

No mustaches and sideburns below the ear.

On Tuesday night, the school board approved a dress code requiring students to be clean shaven.

That's not all.

Saggy pants and shorts won't be allowed.

The Board President says students will perform better when more is expected of them.

Hobbs passed a student dress code back in January requiring students to be clean shaven.
