Incest charges have been dropped against polygamist sect leader Warren Jeffs.
The charges stemmed from the arranged marriage of two underage girls and their older relatives.
Judge Steven Conn dismissed the four incest charges saying Arizona's incest law only applies if both of the people having sex are over 18.
The law also does not apply to half cousins.
Jeffs still faces four charges of sexual conduct with a minor in the arranged marriages of the two girls.
