New details on the criminal investigation involving children from the F-L-D-S ranch in Eldorado.

The Texas Attorney General's Office and the Department of Public Safety have taken over the criminal investigation involving the polygamist ranch.

Evidence of sexual abuse was limited to just five teenage girls.

Authorities have DNA from all of the children and many parents -- more than 600 samples, but those results can't be used without a court order because they were taken as part of the custody cases -- not a criminal search warrant.

Meanwhile, CPS reports all 440 children removed in April from the complex -- are now back with their parents.
