MIDLAND - A Midland woman is behind bars and could face serious charges after police say she stabbed her own son.

The fight broke out in the 600 block of Adams Street on Friday, that's when police say 42-year-old Hope Williams got involved in an argument, became so angry and stabbed her son.

Police say he was taken to the hosipital along with his mother.

Williams was discharged from the hospital Sunday morning around 11:30 am, and was arrested on other charges.

The aggravated assault warrant is still pending, and Willliams could possibly face additional charges.
