MIDLAND - Police are questioning a suspect in a Big Spring drive-by after he's caught in Midland.
Midland Police arrested 24-year-old Earnesto Trevino on the east side late Thursday night.
He's charged with deadly conduct.
Police think Trevino was involved in a drive by shooting on west Highway 80 in Big Spring.
No one was hurt in that gunfire.
They also want to question him about another deadly drive-by a day later that killed a 20-year-old Valerie Garcia, her unborn child, and a 21-year-old Michael Cardona.
Meanhile, authorities are still looking for 18-year-old James "Blitz" Cole.
He has his nickname tattooed on his neck.
Cole is from Lamesa.
He's also a suspect in the drive-by, and a person of interest in the other deadly shooting.
A third man, 26-year-old Renaldo Nava has already been arrested.
Police say all 3 are members of the Latin Kings Gang that has been involved a drug turf war in town.
