60 day status hearings will start Monday for the more than 400 children taken into temporary state custody from the polygamist compound in Eldorado in April.
Until now, the children ranging from newborn to teenagers have been treated as a single group.
Judges will have to determine what the parents must do to get their children back or whether the parents will lose their rights.
The families from the polygamist ranch include at least 168 mothers and 69 fathers.
