It's a big day for one local Children's Miracle Network kid who will get the keys to his first play house.

Ten year old John Ross Espino was selected as this years Children's Miracle Network Champion.

Home Depot donated an 8x8 foot Fantasy fort for his back yard.

John Ross was born two months premature and has since developed other complications, but he's getting a playhouse that rivals anything you may have seen on "Cribs."

"All kinds of things, rug, dog door, secret trap door. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned that," Rachel Shintani Dobbs, Director of the Children's Miracle Network, said.

We're told they've finished up the painting and they're close to getting the whole play house built.
