ODESSA - A West Odessa woman is waiting to learn her fate after she plead guilty to killing her infant child while driving drunk.
Right now, an Ector County jury is deliberating the sentence for 21-year-old Noemi Acosta.
Acosta has already admitted she was drunk when she got behind the wheel with eight month old Jesus Navarette in her arms last year.
She rolled her vehicle, and Jesus was thrown from the car, killing him.
Acosta's blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit at the time of the wreck.
