MIDLAND - A Midland man who was holed up in his home to keep cops at bay is now communicating with officers from behind bars.
36-year-old Anthony Ramon refused to come out of his house on Cloud Street when police came to arrest him.
A police negotiator finally coaxed him out.
Authorites starting hunting for Ramon around 8 Wednesday morning when they were called out to a domestic disturbance call on Cottonwood Street.
When police arrived Ramon was gone.
After doing a background check, they found out he had warrant out for his arrest for another domestic disturbance charge.
That's when they tracked him to his house.
