BREWSTER COUNTY - The Texas Forest Service is turning the tide against a massive grassfire that started last week with a lightning strike.
The Cathedral fire started in the overnight hours between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
The Texas Forest Service tells us this fire is in a hard to reach area, and has grown to 22,000 acres.
So far, no homes have been burned, but one has been evacuated and two more are threatened.
We're told the fire is about 50 percent contained.
A lot of resources are being used to get this fire out, along with ground units, three air tankers, three heli-tankers, and one air attack are on the scene.
No injuries have been reported.
