MIDLAND - A Midland student accused in the death of a classmate won't be facing any criminal charges.
A Midland County Grand Jury agreed the 17-year-old was defending himself.
The teen threw one punch during a fight in gym class at Lee High that killed 17-year-old Devan Ewing back in November.
Ewing died later that night.
