ANDREWS - Some people in Andrews are still furious about a new ordinance limiting what they put on tombstones in the County cemetery.
They had until mid-April to remove any decorations or keepsakes on graves.
The only thing still allowed are flowers in a provided vase.
County Commissioners say the rules have been in place for years because a shrine around a grave is a safety hazard.
But some people are fighting back.
Petitions are circulating to change the rules at the cemetery.
