MIDLAND - The Midland man at the center of a five hour standoff this past Saturday remains behind bars.
No bond has been set for 42-year-old Bradley Tims after his arrest Monday afternoon.
According to Midland Police, Timms barricaded himself in his parents home after beating on the windows, doors, and cars of neighbors.
After the swat team showed up, they were able to get Tims out of the house by using tear gas.
He was taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation over the weekend.
Tims was arrested, once he was released from the hospital.
He's been charged with burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit assault.
