BIG SPRING - Opening arguments are set to begin on Tuesday in the trial of a Big Spring transient, accused of kidnapping two children last year.

A jury was seated on Monday for the trail of 46-year-old Tracy Lynn Wilson.

According to prosecutors, Wilson abducted an eight year old boy and a ten year-old girl from the front yard of a home last October.

Investigators tell NewsWest Nine, Wilson was able to convince the two children he was the girl's uncle, and they should go with him.

When they reached the motor home Wilson was using, we're told the boy got scared, got away, and went for help.

He was able to lead police back to the motor home.

Investigators believe wilson intended to sexually assault one or both of the children.

If convicted, Wilson faces up 99 years in prison and a 10 thousand dollar fine.
