The Texas Rangers met with, but didn't arrest, the man accused by a teenage girl of physically and sexually abusing her a the Eldorado compound.
One Arizona probation officer says the texas rangers met with 50-year-old Dale Evans Barlow on Saturday, just across the state line in Saint George, Utah.
Barlow's attorney says the meeting was by choice.
He says they are trying to gather evidence to show Barlow was not in Texas when the crimes at the Polygamist Compound happened.
Earlier this month, a 16 year old claimed a Dale Barlow had abused her in the compound.
