ELDORADO - Another man is sitting behind bars for interfering in the investigation at the Polygamist compound in Eldorado.

That man has been charged with tampering with evidence.

Meanwhile, Troopers continue searching the commune.

Authorities are interviewing women members of the Polygamist sect in San Angelo, and talking to the more than four-hundred children the State has taken into custody.

They're looking for evidence that girls younger than 16 were forced into marriages with older men.

So far, 416 children have been removed from the Y-F-Z Ranch.

Many women have left the Y-F-Z Ranch willingly to be with their children.

"We do believe now that the information we have received from law enforcement indicates that all of the children have been safely removed from the ranch.  If we receive information that indeed they have found other children then we'll certainly be there to assist in our investigation," Marleigh Meisner, Public Information Officer for Child Protective Services, said.

Attorneys for the Polygamist Church located at the sprawling Y-F-Z Ranch have asked a judge to quash the ongoing search on Constitutional grounds.

A hearing is set for Wednesday in San Angelo.
