A man already in jail in Gaines County, now faces arson charges in Hobbs.
26-year-old James Roberson is charged for starting two fires in March.
According to Hobbs Investigators, Roberson intentionally started two fires on east Bender Boulevard with a cigarette lighter.
Roberson is also being investigated for some suspiciously set fires.
