The trial for a former Midland soldier accused of rape and murder in Iraq delayed again, because of a quilt show.
A U.S. District Court Judge has moved the trial of former Private Steven Green moved his trial back three weeks.
The reason, the Judge said he was afraid there wouldn't be enough hotel rooms to for trial paticipants if both were held at the same time.
Green is accused of raping a 14 year old Iraqi girl, then killing her, and her family.
Green pleaded not guilty back in November of 2006.
If convicted, he could face the death penalty.
