MIDLAND - Two people are behind bars in Midland accused of knocking over two stores in a late night robbery spree.

33-year-old Jeffrey Terry and 29-year-old Christi Terry were arrested around two Tuesday morning.

Police say they're responsible for two aggravated robberies.

The first happened at the Payless Shoe Store on north Midland Drive just before nine.

After that, we're told they hit the Albertson's at Midland and Wadley.

In both cases, the pair allegedly used pepper spray and a hand gun.

Both face two counts of aggravated robbery, but other charges are pending.

Authorities think the duo could be responsible for as many as four other robberies last month.
