HOBBS, NEW MEXICO - Two alleged drug dealers are behind bars after Hobbs police say they found the ingredients to cook meth inside their home.
Police made the arrest in Hobbs after an anonymous tip someone reported the strong smell of ammonia.
When Hobbs P.D. went in, they discovered dangerous chemicals used to make fertilizer inside the home at 306 East Palace.
The Lea County Drug Task Force arrested 36-year-old William David Decarsky and 31-year-old Rhonda Allen.
They're charged with drug trafficking, conspiracy, and possession.
