GAINES COUNTY - Gaines County authorities are on the hunt tonight for a murder suspect after a brutal killing in seagraves.

According to the Gaines County Sheriff's office, 54 year old Robert Glenn Bryant was found beaten on the floor of the Agriliance Fertilizer Warehouse by a fellow employee.

Bryant was taken to a Brownfield hospital and then airlifted to Lubbock where he later died.

An autopsy has been ordered and investigators continue to look for clues in Bryant's death.

"It was a normal morning," said Pat Graves, Bryant's Fiance. "He got up and got dressed like he normally does, and I went back to sleep and then got a knock at the door about 7:45."

That knock at the door changed everything for Pat.

"I think whoever did it, they're going to be caught in the next couple of days," Graves said.  "Seagraves is a small town and people talk. When one person says something, everybody else knows."

Bryant is one of the oldest employees at Agriliance. He's worked there for the past 26 years.

"He was one of the special ones," Graves said.

Bryant leaves behind a big family, including 24 grandchildren.

"I miss him a lot. Knowing he's not going to come home everyday like he used to," Graves said.

Pat and Rocky had planned on getting married September 12. "It's gonna be hard, but I think I'll be able to move on."

Officials don't have any leads in this case.

If you have any information, you are asked to call the Gaines County Sheriff's office.
