AUSTIN - The ball is now in the T-E-A's  court.

They're deciding the fate of Big Spring Superintendent Michael Downes.

On Tuesday, Downes and his attorney met with T-E-A investigators in Austin over accusations of sexual misconduct.

Downes told his side of the story in a closed informal conference with officals.

From here it's up to investigators to decide what they will do next.

In the next two to three days, they will decide what, if any action they will take against Downes.
