IRAAN - Four Iraan High School students accused of beating two deer to death on the school's baseball field will be returning to school.

The boys spent 46 days in an alternative disciplinary program though they were initally ordered to spend 88 days kicked out of school.

The early release comes after a committee of teachers and administrators evaluated the boys.

17-year-olds Call Cade and Zack Owen had to pay a total of 800-dollars in fines.

They were placed on deferred adjudication for five months meaning if they don't get in trouble again in that time frame the case against them will be dismissed.

The punishment for the other two boys involved was not released because they are juveniles.
