Three Men Behind Bars After Allegedly Robbing a Man at Gunpoint

ECTOR COUNTY - He was robbed at gunpoint, and his car stolen three days ago, but the three men allegedly involved are behind bars in Ector County.

The crime reportedly happened just before midnight on Friday.

When the trio pulled out an SKS Assault Rifle on the unidentified victim, stole his car, and then dropped him off somewhere in the County.

The Sheriff's Office has identied those suspects as 18-year-old Charles Edward Thomas Jr, 17-year-old Tye James, and 17-year-old Kiry Muhammad.

They're all charged with aggravated robery, kidnapping, and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

The Odessa Police Department received information that at least one of the men was in the Monahans area.

Detectives traveled there to interview him, and determined he was connected with the case.

Deputies ultimately nabbed the other two, after interviewing the first suspect.
