He's been on the run for almost three months now, and federal authorities are once again calling on the public for help in catching him.
31 year old Geechie Devain Templeton is accused of murdering Gabriel Hernandez in an alley on west 31st in Odessa on November ninth.
Neighbors in the area heard gunshots, and when Odessa Police arrived, they found Hernandez slumped over in a pick up truck, and he had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
The 31 year old suspect from Hobbs fled the area after the shooting, and hasn't been seen since.
The Texas Rangers are assisting Odessa Police in this homicide investigation.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest, and when caught, authorities will charge him with first degree murder.
Templeton has numerous scars, including one above his left eye on his eyebrow.
He was last seen with a goatee, but his hair length may have changed over the past three months.
The U.S. Marshal's Office is offering a one thousand dollar reward to anyone who can help them make an arrest, and there's another one thousand dollar reward from Crime Stoppers.
Templeton could be armed and is considered dangerous.
