A gruesome discovery made in Midland County.

Constable ''Choc'' Harris went to serve an eviction notice Tuesday at a home.

Harris tells us there wasn't anyone home when he got there, but what he did find was 20 pet crates full of cats.

There was a total of 32 cats suffering from malnutrition and ring worms.

We're told the mobile home was infested with cockroaches.

Harris says out of the 32 cats, they were only able to save four of them along with some kittens they found nearby.

The couple that lived there has been charged with animal cruelty.
